About the position

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Interim HealthCare, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their strength and mobility through personalized therapy. This position offers flexible hours from Monday to Friday, with one weekend requirement per month, allowing for a work-life balance while providing essential healthcare services in various settings such as nursing homes, rehab centers, and clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength, or functionality.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals including Nurses, LNA's, PT's, OT's, and SLP's.
• Conduct assessments and document patient progress, modifying therapy services as needed.
• Assist patients with exercises and hands-on therapy to manage pain and increase mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on established goals, exercises, and self-care to ensure progress.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in New Hampshire.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of physical therapy experience.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Good clinical judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
