Physical Therapist Full Time Days- Pelvic Floor

About the position

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering therapy services to patients based on referrals from licensed practitioners. This role involves assessing patients, developing treatment plans, implementing therapy, and documenting progress. The therapist will also communicate effectively with patients and staff to resolve issues and ensure optimal resource utilization, contributing to the operational stability of the organization. Additionally, the position includes participation in performance improvement initiatives and program growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to patients based on referrals from licensed practitioners.
• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and assist in resolving problems.
• Utilize resources effectively to maintain operational stability.
• Participate in performance improvement and program growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy as per Florida licensure requirements.
• Florida State Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Pelvic Floor Experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist in a healthcare setting.
• Neuro experience preferred.
