About the position

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on MD's orders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with long and short-term goals.
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
- Administer treatment to patients using various modalities and modify treatment as necessary while adhering to precautions.
- Complete all required documentation accurately.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in home care or assisted living settings.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
