Tender Touch Rehab is seeking a passionate Full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans based on physician orders, ensuring quality rehabilitation services across various settings. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on MD's orders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
- Deliver comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
- Complete all required documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable.
