About the position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following an injury or illness. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
• Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and managing their condition at home
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
• Familiarity with pediatric physical therapy is a plus
• Proficiency in medical terminology related to physical therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Knowledge of trigger point therapy techniques is desirable
