Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients effectively.
- Establish outcomes-centered plans for patient care.
- Deliver effective care management across a patient's episode.
- Ensure timely, progressive, and high-valued care for patients.
- Operate at the top of their license and appropriately leverage and delegate care among the clinic care team.
- Drive toward consistent and predictably positive outcomes for patients.
Requirements
- Applicants must be licensed or license eligible in the state to which they are applying.
