Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients as a physical therapist.
- Perform patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Implement treatment services and conduct comprehensive discharge planning.
Requirements
- BS/MS/DPT degree in physical therapy required.
- DPT degree preferred.
- Valid PT License Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy.
- CPR, BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Experience in physical therapy preferred for outpatient positions.
- Acute care physical therapy experience required for acute care positions.
