- Provide high-quality pediatric physical therapy services to children in a home setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas.
- Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited school.
- CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
