About the position

As a Physical Therapist at Powerback Rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and regain their physical abilities. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing personalized recovery plans, and delivering effective physical therapy. This position emphasizes a patient-centered approach, focusing on individual needs and promoting independence through education and training.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals as necessary for patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Adapt therapy programs to meet the diverse needs of patients.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
