Physical Therapist - Telehealth

About the position

Llano Nursing & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a full time Telehealth Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team! We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programming in cognition, functional mobility, self-care, successful return to home, and many more. Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth physical therapy services to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with the in-house therapy team to enhance patient care.
• Create programming in cognition, functional mobility, and self-care.

Requirements
