About the position

We're seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide expert physical therapy to patients with injuries or illnesses to help them improve movement, manage pain, and/or prevent the loss of mobility. This role involves working in various locations, allowing you to choose your destination and enjoy 13-week assignments (or longer) in diverse settings, including tourist spots, mountain locales, major cities, and rural regions. As a traveling PT, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of your patients while experiencing new environments and cultures. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities to facilitate recovery. You will work closely with patients to educate them about their conditions and the importance of adhering to their treatment plans. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for your patients. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert physical therapy to patients with injuries or illnesses.

  • Educate patients about their conditions and the importance of adhering to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
  • Must have credentials evaluated by one of these: FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC.
  • Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
