Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.
