About the position
As a Physical Therapist at Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with various physical disorders, focusing on mobility training, strengthening, and specialized manual therapy. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for individuals with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders.
- Utilize rehabilitation processes to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of patients.
- Conduct mobility training and strengthening exercises for patients.
- Implement specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation techniques.
- Assume personal accountability for the organizational mission and core values.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- BLS through the American Heart Association required.
- Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab unit preferred.
- Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
- Dry Needling Certification or Education preferred (only required if performing the Dry Needling function).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab unit settings.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Advanced degrees in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate).
- Dry Needling Certification or Education.
