Anaheim Healthcare Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a post-acute setting. The role involves evaluating, treating, and supervising therapy assistants while ensuring the best outcomes for patients. Responsibilities
- Provides, directs and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation.
- Directs and supervises the work of therapist assistants.
- Develops treatment plans and provides treatment consistent with benefits and reimbursement levels.
- Documents notes, summaries, reports, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy.
- Licensed as required by State.
- CPR certification.
