About the position

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to join our compassionate team, providing pediatric therapy in home settings across Pasadena, Deer Park, and LaPorte. This role offers flexibility with part-time, full-time, or per diem schedules, and is ideal for those passionate about working with children. New graduates are welcome, and mentorship is available to support professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate electronic health records using KanTime.
  • Participate in ongoing education and clinical training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the state board.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Pediatric experience is preferred.
  • Experience with common pediatric diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Cerebral Palsy.
