About the position

Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Lakewood, CO! The position offers a sign-on bonus, up to $15k in student loan reimbursement, and relocation assistance. The average case load is 10-12 patients per day, with the opportunity to make a productivity bonus. The clinic is closed on evenings and weekends, offering flexible schedules to accommodate your work-life balance.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
