About the position

Benchmark, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team in Woodstock, GA. This full-time position offers an opportunity to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment. The role emphasizes engagement with patients and collaboration with clinical teammates, all while adhering to the company's mission and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct specialized evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient's needs.
• Engage with patients and collaborate with clinical teammates and organizational staff.
• Set and achieve personal and professional goals in alignment with company standards.
• Understand and embody the company's mission, vision, values, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
