About the position

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region, you will provide a continuum of care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders. Your role will involve mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy, and neuromuscular reeducation. You will be accountable for promoting and restoring optimal health and well-being of patients while embodying the organization's mission and core values.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab settings.
• Utilize rehabilitation processes to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of patients.
• Perform mobility training and strengthening exercises for patients with physical disorders.
• Administer modalities and specialized manual therapy as needed.
• Conduct neuromuscular reeducation for patients requiring such services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.
• Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab unit preferred.
• Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Dry Needling Certification or Education preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Orthopedic experience preferred.
