About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion toward patients and provide care/service that exceeds expectations.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clinical setting as a Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive to the clinic and assist with administrative tasks.
• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments, including putting on and removing supportive devices.
• Assist physical therapists during the administration of treatments and provide routine treatment.
• Safeguard, motivate, and assist patients practicing exercises and functional activities under professional staff direction.
• Provide routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and other modalities like Ultrasounds and Electrical stimulation.
• Clean work areas and equipment after treatment, including washing linens and maintaining linen cabinets.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed.
• Assist the Patient Experience Coordinator with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork.
• Keep track of non-medical and medical supplies for the clinic and assist in ordering inventory.
