About The Position

As a Full-Time Operations Specialist Support/Physical Therapy Aide/Rehab Tech at ATI Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians. This position requires you to work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7 AM and 7 PM. You will be expected to work two opening shifts and three closing shifts each week. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly, and that supplies are stocked. Customer service is a key component of this position, as you will be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet and interact with patients warmly, assist with the intake and registration process, and help ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to treatment. Additionally, you will assist in collecting patient-reported outcome assessments and support the clinic in achieving its metrics by converting referrals into evaluations and minimizing drop percentages. This role is not only about providing support but also about contributing to a culture of exceptional patient care and service.
