About the position

The Physical Therapy Assistant will provide physical therapy modalities and treatments in accordance with established facility and departmental policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care. This full-time position primarily operates Monday to Friday, with potential for occasional Saturday hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy modalities and treatments according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of quality patient care at all times.
• Participate in ongoing educational programs to maintain competency in physical therapy procedures.
• Ensure compliance with State re-licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Iowa.
• Mandatory Abuse Reporter Certification required within 6 months of employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well.
