About the position

As a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant at AccentCare, you will play a vital role in the health journey of our patients and their families. This position is designed for medical professionals who are passionate about providing world-class patient care. The position is paid on a per-visit basis, with an estimated hourly compensation of $45 to $48. The coverage area includes Cartahge, TX and surrounding regions, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans and communicate any findings or changes regarding patients back to the Physical Therapist and physician.
• Educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety.

Requirements

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation.
• Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
