About the position

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position at Brethren Retirement Community in Greenville, OH, is a per diem (PRN) role focused on impacting the lives of older adults. The PTA will collaborate with Physical Therapists to set goals and implement treatment plans, ensuring productivity standards and documentation are met while fostering patient outcomes and community trust.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals.
• Creatively execute treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain productivity standards as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required documentation for patient care.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation.
