Responsibilities
- Provide effective and personalized rehabilitative services.
- Record patient responses to treatments and report outcomes through proper documentation in Net Health and facility documentation systems.
- Establish relationships with patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment.
- Provide guidance to family members and facility staff.
- Conduct yourself in a kind, courteous, and professional manner to all patients, family members, facility staff, and fellow team members.
- Maintain a positive, teamwork approach.
Requirements
- Active PA PTA License in good standing.
- CPR certification.
- Current PPD/TB test.
- Covid vaccination or approved exemption.
