Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to meet resident goals for Physical Therapists.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Assist in assessment, treatment planning, program implementation, and documentation under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Support evaluation processes, aid in goal-setting, and maintain resident progress records.
• Provide support in assessing and implementing occupational therapy treatments for Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Assist in adapting resident environments and document therapy outcomes effectively.

Requirements

• Active state license in physical therapy for Physical Therapists.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program for Physical Therapists.
• Associate Degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Active state licensure or eligibility for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Certification from an accredited program and state licensure eligibility for Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Strong commitment to resident care and accurate documentation skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
