Responsibilities
- Assist the front-desk coordinator in answering the phone and scheduling patients.
- Greet patients kindly and notify the therapist of their arrival.
- Assist in the collection of patient intake information to complete insurance verification.
- Collect co-payments and patient balances.
- Keep the clinic clean and organized.
- Prepare treatment rooms/areas and escort patients.
- Assist in providing exercise-based treatments under the direct supervision of the therapist.
- Display a caring and helpful attitude to visitors, physicians, patients, and staff.
- Assist with the gym exercise program for adult bridge/wellness programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Working towards an associate's or bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented attitude.
