Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly-skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Leesville, Louisiana. Responsibilities
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and ensure quality professional services.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and maintain confidence with all employees.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications responsibly.
- Perform therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, and wound care.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Consult with patients through virtual communication channels and provide telehealth services.
- Complete required preceptor training to onboard and train new hires in centers of excellence.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as Urgent Care, ER, or Family Medical Practice.
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
