About the position

The Physician Compensation and Agreements Analyst plays a crucial role in managing physician department compensation plans and overseeing the lifecycle of Physician Employment Agreements (PEAs). This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and effective reporting related to physician compensation and agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the integrity of UKP Physician compensation plans by validating data and preparing executive reports.
  • Collect information on candidates and create new employment agreements, ensuring proper execution of PEAs before the candidate's start date.
  • Manage the lifecycle of PEAs, including inception, production, execution, renewal, termination, retention, and storage.
  • Ensure PEAs comply with UKP policy and include appropriate provisions, recommending outside legal counsel when necessary.
  • Track contract renewals and provide monthly reports to ensure timely review of PEAs.
  • Develop and maintain analytics and reports for UKP Administration, including new hire and termination reports, audit responses, and compensation survey analysis.
  • Foster positive working relationships with internal and external parties to facilitate collaboration on analysis and reporting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting critical business documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects.
