About the position
Cross Country Locums is looking for Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to fill ongoing locum tenens assignments in Louisiana. The role involves providing emergency medical care in a hospital setting, with flexible scheduling options available.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care in a hospital setting.
- Work various shifts including 7a-7p, 1p-9p, and 7p-7a.
- Ensure compliance with medical standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
- Current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS.
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically Meditech.
