About The Position

Join a dynamic and cohesive team consisting of experienced physicians and five advanced practice providers (APPs), with plans for ongoing expansion. Engage in our well-established advanced endoscopy program that offers a diverse array of techniques within a state-of-the-art environment. You will have access to a high-volume, endoscopy-only ambulatory surgery center (ASC) alongside a cutting-edge inpatient endoscopy unit. Benefit from the integration of MAC anesthesia for all inpatient and outpatient procedures, which enhances patient comfort and optimizes procedural efficiency. Our collaborative working atmosphere prioritizes professionalism, confidence, and teamwork—essential for best practices in patient care. Work within modern facilities equipped with Olympus 190 scopes, leveraging Epic for both inpatient and clinic visits, and utilizing Provation for comprehensive procedure documentation. The call schedule is highly manageable, with anticipated coverage every 8th week. A typical daily procedure load consists of approximately 14 outpatient endoscopies, while the inpatient census averages fewer than 10 patients, supported by APPs for inpatient consults, thus ensuring a balanced and sustainable workflow.
