About the position

Mercy Primary Care is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible physician to join our BRAND NEW practice in Mustang, OK. Our Mercy Mustang team will consist of 2 physicians, 1 advanced practitioner, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care. This position emphasizes a value-based care model, allowing for more time with patients, fostering relationship-driven interactions, and maintaining a quality-focused approach. The administration is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional work-life balance by removing barriers that may hinder the practice of medicine. Physicians will have the opportunity to collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers, enhancing professional satisfaction. Each physician will have a dedicated panel RN to assist with telephone encounters, triage, and in-basket support, ensuring that patient care is streamlined and efficient. The practice utilizes a system-wide EPIC EMR, with DAX Copilot available to support clinical documentation and workflow. Physicians will receive a guaranteed salary with four optional production models available, allowing for flexibility in compensation based on performance. Additionally, Mercy offers a comprehensive Physician Wellness Program aimed at reducing physician burnout, ensuring that our providers can maintain their well-being while delivering exceptional care. Importantly, this position does not require evening, holiday, or weekend work, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
