Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients in Kaplan, LA.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and meet quality incentive opportunities.
- Engage in patient education and preventive care practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Licensed to practice medicine in Louisiana by the date of hire.
