Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care to patients aged 18 and older.
- Manage an established patient panel with multiple co-morbidities and high acuity.
- Utilize EPIC EMR and telehealth platforms for patient care.
- Participate in a call rotation of 1:4 with low call volume.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a U.S. Residency in Internal or Family Medicine.
- Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) by ABMS / ABFM.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in outpatient primary care settings.
