About the position

This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, conducting ambulatory clinics, and participating in quality assessment and improvement activities. Responsibilities

  • Provides direct and indirect patient care services in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
  • Orders procedures, diagnostic testing, and other ancillary services.
  • Prescribes and implements treatment plans.
  • Directs and participates in quality assessment and improvement activities.
  • Provides bedside training of residents, fellows, medical students, and other allied health professionals.

Requirements

  • MD or DO (or equivalent)
  • Board eligible or certified in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
  • Must meet medical licensure requirements for the state of Ohio
