About the position

The Physician Liaison & Marketing Coordinator at Growth Orthopedics serves as the primary connection between the organization and the referral and patient community. This role focuses on building relationships with physicians and their staff, implementing customized marketing campaigns, and overseeing marketing materials to enhance referral patterns and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with targeted physician populations and their office staff.
  • Oversee and optimize integrated marketing and communication execution across various channels including digital, TV, and print.
  • Lead the development, management, and evaluation of marketing initiatives to position the company as a premier provider of orthopedic and sports medicine care.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with departments, physicians, clinics, and other stakeholders.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Growth Orthopedics' service lines and align visits and targets with system-level growth priorities.
  • Educate physicians about targeted programs and services offered by Growth Orthopedics.
  • Review weekly physician volume reports from various channels to assess performance.
  • Develop and coordinate sales and referral activities to achieve monthly volume and revenue goals.
  • Oversee the design, management, and evaluation of the organization's website and ensure physician profiles are updated.
  • Develop customized marketing campaigns and collateral for new partner practices and physicians.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, providing reports as needed.
  • Ensure brand and message consistency across all interactions and communications.
  • Represent Growth Orthopedics at meetings and events, and assist in coordinating physician events within budget parameters.
  • Assist in developing communication vehicles for physicians, including orientation materials, and secure physician speakers for events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including Google Analytics, social media, SEO, SEM, and CRM tools.
  • Highly developed organizational, planning, and management skills.
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to understand financial reports, including budgetary guidelines and project expenditures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with database programs is a plus.
