About the position

Corewell Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join their Cardiovascular Services Department in Grand Rapids, MI. The role includes a diverse practice involving inpatient and outpatient care, consultations, and procedures, with a focus on growing a robust cardiac MRI program. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive non-invasive cardiovascular care to patients.
• Perform and interpret various cardiovascular imaging studies including echocardiograms, SPECT, CMR, CT, and PET.
• Participate in the training of medical students and fellows as part of the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship program.
• Engage in both inpatient and outpatient consultations and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the cardiac MRI program.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in cardiovascular disease, Nuclear Cardiology, and Echocardiography.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Michigan.
• Required Bachelor's Degree.
• Current Michigan Physician License (MD or DO) upon hire.
• DEA Registration upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 120 days.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification if required by specialty or stress test performed within 120 days.
