About the position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join their established practice at the FPN Family Wellness Center in Munster, Indiana. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and strong community ties, providing a supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients.
• Work collaboratively with clinical support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday call rotation (1:5).
• Perform Da Vinci Robotic surgeries as needed.
• Build long-lasting relationships with patients and the community.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD/DO) required.
• Physician License (MD/DO) upon hire required.
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility) upon hire required.
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) certification from American Heart Association upon hire required.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries preferred.
