About the position

The Physician Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting recruiters throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing administrative functions. This position is essential for maintaining strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling status meetings between recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Coordinating candidate interviews with recruiters or hiring managers.
  • Supporting candidates with travel logistics when necessary, in coordination with the executive's support team.
  • Documenting interview schedules and meetings in the ATS associated with requisitions or candidate profiles.
  • Representing the brand positively and creating an inspiring candidate experience through effective communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • 1 year of experience in a related role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong social skills for interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience in researching and managing time-sensitive projects.

  • Creativity and personal organization skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Excel and Outlook.
