The PI Financial Operations Director at HCA Healthcare is a pivotal role responsible for leading hospital-based multi-disciplinary teams to achieve specific business and financial objectives. In this role, the Director will facilitate multiple teams, managing the collection, dissemination, and organization of meeting tools, data, and assignments. Analyzing comparator and benchmark data will be essential to making informed recommendations for cost and process efficiency that align with the financial objectives of the facility. Collaboration with other HCA facilities and corporate departments will be necessary to share best practices and achieve team goals. The Director will also participate in updating the Performance Improvement toolkit and methodologies, focusing on various departments such as Radiology, Laboratory, and specialized nursing units. The Director will be responsible for developing strategic documents, including communication plans and project updates, while managing project work plans to ensure the smooth execution of newly implemented processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and have extensive experience in performance improvement within healthcare operations, demonstrating the ability to lead teams effectively and drive meaningful change.
