About The Position

The Pick Packer position at CuraScriptSD involves the responsibility of accurately pulling, packing, and shipping pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. This role requires the use of various warehouse equipment and systems to ensure efficient operations within the distribution center.

Requirements

• Minimum six months to a year in a distribution center environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• RF unit experience is helpful.
• Ability to read, write, and type in English.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Ability and willingness to work required overtime with little to no notice.

Responsibilities

• Pulls orders accurately according to RF unit and order ticket.
• Verifies orders before sending to the pack station.
• Manifests cartons using carrier manifest stations and verifies carton labels to the pick-ticket.
• Stacks and shrink wraps cartons to specific skids by carrier ship level.
• Packs orders according to order ticket, paying attention to items needing extra dunnage, ice, and special instructions.
• Uses warehouse equipment, RF units, manifest machines, cherry picker, and computer systems.
• Maintains general housekeeping of the warehouse and pack stations.
• Restocks pack stations with shipping supplies and returns totes and carts to proper areas.
