About the position
The Picker/Packer position at LifeWay Christian Resources involves performing various functions in the Distribution Center, including picking, packing, and stocking items. This full-time role is essential for supporting the mission of the organization, which focuses on serving the church and making disciples of Jesus Christ. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
Responsibilities
- Repeatedly pull items from picking locations
- Stock product in assigned picking location
- Pack customer orders
- Maintain a clean work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year experience picking/packing preferred
- Ability to accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Intermediate interpersonal skills
- Intermediate adaptive learner of systems, processes and technology
- Intermediate attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate problem-solving skills
