About the position

The Picker position at QPS Employment Group involves loading packaged goods for shipping, ensuring customer orders are met accurately and timely, and operating various equipment. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of the shipping process and requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading packaged goods into containers for shipping
• Completing paperwork or entering data into software
• Pulling and packing product based on daily orders
• Meeting specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
• Operating various pieces of equipment such as Forklift and Cherry Picker
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk entire shift
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to repeat the same movements
• Ability to bend or twist their body
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
