About the position

Twin Pine Ford is seeking part-time Pickup/Delivery Drivers to ensure high customer satisfaction by safely picking up and delivering customers and their vehicles. The role involves scheduling pickups and deliveries during specified daytime hours, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Drive company and customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Take pictures of vehicles and odometers during each pickup and delivery and send information via company-directed apps.
• Answer basic customer inquiries and refer them to the correct department as needed.
• Enter data into appropriate computer software systems as required.
• Assist co-workers, managers, sales consultants, and customers with information/actions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to use a smartphone to take and send pictures via company authorized apps and emails.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions/information and use Google Maps as needed.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Ability to convey messages clearly and professionally to customers and employees.
• Ability to maintain a professional personal appearance.
• Ability to work comfortably in a public setting.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office (1 year preferred).
• Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
