About the position

Riser Fitness is seeking passionate Pilates Instructors for its new Bonney Lake studio. The role involves providing challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes to clients of all levels in a safe and supportive environment. Instructors will be part of a growing team within an internationally recognized brand, committed to making Pilates accessible to the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pilates instruction for various class formats including Intro classes, group apparatus classes, and private training.
• Demonstrate safe and effective use of Pilates equipment such as Reformer, Chair, Springboard, and TRX during classes.
• Develop and create class plans that align with Club Pilates standards, ensuring they are safe, effective, and challenging.
• Stay updated with Club Pilates education standards and implement them consistently in classes.
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations.

Requirements

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education including Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Springboard.
• Experience teaching apparatus-based group classes and demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities.
• Strong customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor.
• Professional communication skills and a willingness to evolve with industry developments.
• Punctuality and reliability.
