About the position

Wing Aviation is seeking a Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) for a Challenger 601 aircraft based in Houston, TX. The role requires compliance with FAA regulations and operational standards, ensuring a safe and efficient flying experience for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellence in aviation operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with 14 CFR 91 and 14 CFR 135 Operations and FAA Regulations.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure the aircraft is in a safe operating condition.
• Make proactive decisions during flight operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain communication with air traffic control and other relevant parties during flights.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers throughout the flight experience.

Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification required.
• First Class Medical certificate valid for ATP privileges.
• Total flight time of 3,500 hours, with 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
• 1,500 hours of Multi Engine Land time as PIC.
• 500 hours of Multi Engine PIC time.
• 300 hours of Instrument time as PIC.
• 500 hours of Turbine Engine time as PIC.
• 200 hours of time in type (CL601) as PIC.
