About the position

Wing Aviation is seeking a Pilot in Command (PIC) and Second in Command (SIC) for a GIV aircraft based in Addison, Texas. The role involves ensuring the safe operation of the aircraft, conducting pre-flight inspections, and adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and customer service, with a focus on excellence in performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe operation of the GIV aircraft.
• Review the maintenance status of the aircraft.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved aircraft flight manual.
• Check weather and facilities along the route and at airports, including alternate airports.
• Conduct flights following Wing Aviation policies and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew.
• Accurately complete all trip paperwork according to established procedures.

Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification required.
• First Class Medical certificate valid for ATP privileges.
• Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours (PIC).
• Pilot in Command: 2,000 hours (PIC).
• Multi Engine Land: 1,500 hours (PIC).
• Multi Engine PIC: 500 hours (PIC).
• Instrument: 300 hours (PIC).
• Turbine Engine: 500 hours (PIC).
• Time in Type: 200 hours (PIC).
• 1-6 years of experience in aviation.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of 14 CFR 91 and 14 CFR 135 Operations.
• Ability to comply with FAA Regulations and Aircraft Flight manuals.
