Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking qualified Pilot in Command candidates for a Challenger 300 aircraft based in Dallas, TX (KDAL). This position offers an excellent work-life balance, as it will be staffed with three Captains, flying approximately 425 hours per year. The aircraft will primarily be used for the owner(s), with a small amount of P135 retail charter. The role provides predictability in scheduling, as pop-ups are rare and trips are scheduled in advance. Joining the industry's largest and safest aircraft management company, which boasts over 40 years of experience, offers peace of mind and longevity in the account's long-standing involvement in aircraft ownership. The successful candidate will join a well-established account already supported by two highly-experienced CL300 Captains, with additional support from other EJM Challenger pilots during time off and training events. A dedicated maintenance technician for this tail minimizes downtime and improves dispatch reliability. As the Pilot in Command (PIC), you will hold final responsibility for ensuring the aircraft is operated in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner. This includes complying with all company and regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional service experience. The PIC will ensure the safe operation of flights by overseeing crewing and trip assignments, completing flight planning, and utilizing Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to mitigate operational risks. The role also involves compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordination with company personnel as required. The PIC will complete all aircraft pre-flight tasks, monitor ground servicing items, and deliver the highest level of customer service to passengers, including special needs considerations. Additionally, the PIC will maintain proficiency and compliance with regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience, while actively participating in the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program.
