About the position

The Pilots and DevSecOps Event Analyst position at TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) involves analyzing data to resolve operational issues, documenting software defects, and assisting in the design and testing of software systems. This role is critical in ensuring software quality and compliance with standards, while also participating in product design reviews and software compatibility tests.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify or resolve operational problems.
• Document software defects and report defects to software developers.
• Assist with designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
• Review test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
• Provide feedback and recommendations.
• Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Participate in software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.
• Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions.
• Conduct historical analyses of test results.
• Evaluate or recommend software for testing or bug tracking.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in DevSecOps
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
