Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in general handyman services and basic repairs.
• Knowledge of light plumbing, light electrical, and light HVAC.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
• Ability to use online work order systems via computer or smartphone app (training provided).
• Reliable transportation for travel between sites.
• Must have a clean background (drug, criminal background, credit, and driving history screening required).
• 1 year of maintenance experience required.
