About the position

Miami Lakes Law firm is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal with experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Bodily Injury (BI) cases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing motions and pleadings, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment characterized by voluminous litigation. Candidates must have at least three years of solid experience in BI/PIP law, demonstrating a stable work history with long-term employment at previous firms. The position demands independence, as the candidate will be expected to work with limited supervision. This is not a training position; therefore, applicants without the requisite experience will not be considered. Reliable transportation to the law firm located in Miami Lakes is essential, as the role requires in-person attendance.
